Other opportunities Back to top

As well as our graduate programme we offer a variety of opportunities to support us – either in our offices or on campus. These opportunities will give you the chance to acquire skills and experience that will be valuable in a variety of roles and makes an important contribution to fixing one of the biggest challenges facing society today.

I’d say that becoming a Brand Ambassador at Unlocked Graduates is incredibly rewarding. Not only do you play a part in solving the issue of re-offending in the UK, but you also have an opportunity to guide others and help them achieve their career goals.

Hajra, Brand Ambassador

Unlocked Brand Ambassador: In this role, you will work to promote the Unlocked Graduates brand across your university using creative marketing techniques and social media. This will include raising brand awareness, and supporting your Recruitment Officer at careers fairs, presentations, and other recruitment events. You will utilise your own networks within the university community to promote our opportunities and reach out to societies focused on Diversity and Inclusion. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and support us on our mission to reduce reoffending in the UK.

Please read the job description for the Brand Ambassador for September 2024 which also contains information about which universities we are recruiting Brand Ambassadors from this year.

If you would like to discuss these opportunities informally, please contact us at recruitment@unlockedgrads.org.uk.

As prison officers, Unlocked Graduates build skills and mindsets that enable them to face challenges with resilience, grit, creativity and bucket-loads of emotional intelligence. We recognise the very same attributes in our trainees. We also recognise that the unique experiences developed on either side – prison officers and commercial lawyers – mean we can work together to build on our shared skills and upskill each other. We are proud to be the first law firm to become a Founding Partner of Unlocked Graduates.
