We are looking for an incredible Recruitment and Marketing Director to join the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Unlocked Graduates and take ownership of our graduate recruitment and associated marketing strategy to recruit participants onto our core programme.

This is a vital role for our mission, and is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference and lead a very exciting area of work.

The core work of the directorate is to oversee the attraction, selection and onboarding of outstanding leaders onto our graduate scheme. As part of making this an attractive offer, there is responsibility for our brand appeal and brand awareness with potential applicants and their influencers. In practice this means overseeing all marketing and communications to our target audience, as well as managing external agencies in order to fully lead the recruitment processes.

Unlocked Graduates exists to break cycles of reoffending, with particular focus on breaking the link between disadvantage and reoffending. Currently prison is not a place which successfully does this: the average prisoner has 16 previous convictions and 48 percent of prisoners reoffend within a year of release. This is the problem which Unlocked Graduates exists to fix.
