Annual Conference

Every year, Unlocked’s conference brings together frontline staff and some of the world’s leading criminal justice experts to share learnings about the most impactful solutions that are helping to break cycles of reoffending in prisons and throughout society.

The Unlocked conference continues to give frontline staff a unique opportunity to share learnings with each other and hear from leaders across the sector. It forms a core part of the first year of the Unlocked programme, ensuring our participants are able to hear from a range of different voices across the sector about the interventions that are making a real difference in prisons.

Change can manifest itself in so many different ways, but it’s the people who are at the heart of this change.

Hosted at our conference every year, our marketplace also brings together representatives from a variety of organisations who are making a real difference in prisons. This gives frontline staff the opportunity to see the amazing work being done by so many different organisations across the sector, bringing new initiatives to the landings in order to drive real change.
