Work Placements
The Unlocked Graduates programme is highly prestigious and recognised by government, businesses, charities and other influential organisations for the impact it is having, breaking cycles of reoffending in prisons and throughout society.
Participants on our programme are gaining outstanding leadership skills and excellent domain expertise which is highly sought after by a range of organisations.
As part of the Unlocked programme, you will have the opportunity to complete a two-week work placement with one of our partner organisations. This is intended to be a two-way exchange, enabling you to broaden your experience and develop new skills to take back to your prison while providing placement hosts with frontline expertise and experience.
This is the third year we’ve hosted an Unlocked Graduate, and it’s always been a brilliant opportunity for us as a business to gain insights from an operational prison officer
