The Unlocked Graduates leadership development programme offers a wide range of benefits. You will have access to our bespoke training and support model and gain outstanding leadership skills while making a real difference in prisons. As part of the programme, you will also undertake a fully-funded, part-time master’s degree (MSc) in Applied Custodial Leadership.

The Unlocked programme has been in the Times Top 100 list of graduate employers since 2019 when we were the highest new entrant and the first prison service scheme to feature in this list. Our unique approach is recognised in the UK and internationally for the impact that it is having in prisons.
