Sarah Carney

Sarah joined Unlocked Graduates in 2023 and became Head of People and Culture in 2024, bringing experience in leadership development, organisational culture and people focused strategy across the public and not-for-profit sectors.

Before joining Unlocked, Sarah worked at Westminster City Council commissioning services for rough sleepers, securing funding for new initiatives and delivering high-impact programmes. She previously held senior leadership roles at Police Now, where she scaled the national graduate programme and strengthened organisational culture and wellbeing.
