Laurence rejoined Unlocked in 2024 as Recruitment and Marketing Director, having previously worked as the Head of Delivery from 2020 to 2022. Laurence leads the overall strategy for how we attract, select and retain the best candidates to join our Leadership Development Programme. In between Unlocked roles, he was the co-CEO at the Runnymede Trust, the UK’s leading independent race equality think tank.

Laurence has a background in third-sector programme and operational leadership, including having led the delivery of the National Citizen Scheme at The Challenge. Laurence started his career in youth work and continues to volunteer for a number of charities supporting disadvantaged young people.
