Online Screener (Recruitment)

We are looking for a team of online screeners to work with the Recruitment team from September 2021.

Your role as a screener will be key to selecting the best candidates to join Unlocked Graduates and make an impact as prison officers over the course of the two-year programme.

You will evaluate the performance of applicants/applications to the Unlocked graduate scheme throughout their selection process – prior to their final testing at an assessment centre. This will mainly involve assessing the video interview stage of the process. We are looking for people who can make objective decisions with experience of recruitment or the criminal justice system. You will receive comprehensive training before you begin the role and be managed by a member of the recruitment team.

Salary: £20/hour (approx. 3-4 hours work a week)
