  1. The Promoter is: Unlocked Graduates whose registered office is at 36 Whitefriars Street, London, EC4Y in conjunction with WeAreWiser Limited (company no.08362294) whose registered office is at 10 Baker’s Yard, Farringdon, ECR1 3DD.
  2. Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will be open to university students who are currently enrolled in a higher education course across the UK & Ireland.
  3. The campaign will run for specific stated times over five days from Monday 01/02/21 to Friday 05/01/21.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted, but entrants must be following @unlockedgrads on Instagram to be considered as a winner.
  5. By taking part in Unlocked: Challenge Accepted, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. The Unlocked: Challenge Accepted is being advertised on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  7. Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will open each day (01/02/21-05/02/21) at 12pm.
  8. Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will stay open for 6 hours before closing.
  9. Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will close each day at 6pm.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received within the timeframe of the competition on said day or for any other reason.
  11. Eligibility criteria to be considered as a winner:
    1. Must be following @unlockedgrads on Instagram at the time the competition closes on the day(s) that they enter
    2. Must be a student at a university in the UK or Ireland and provide evidence of university registration
    3. Must reside in the UK or Ireland
    4. Must have entered the correct ‘code’ in the final stage of the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted
    5. Must have liked and tagged one or more friends in initial launch post: https://www.instagram.com/p/CKuXu2qHW_C/?igshid=13dpw5c4l5fm8
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this quiz.
  14. The prize of the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted winner is as follows:
    1. A selection of various items as announced each day between 01/02/2021 and 05/02/2021 to one winner per day.
    2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Prizes will be posted to any address within the UK or Ireland, but not overseas.
    3. The prize must be redeemed in 2021 – i.e. the winner must create a booking of their selected prize inside of 2021 calendar year. The date of the prize will be decided between The Promoter and the winner and is subject to availability. Availability and peak times may prevent the prize from taking place on the winner’s first date choice.
  15. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted or being selected for a prize, save that The Promoter does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence
  16. How the winner will be chosen:
    1. The winner will be notified by email and/or direct private message on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram within 5 working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    2. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
    3. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The Unlocked: Challenge Accepted and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  18. Any information collected regarding entrants into this promotion will be treated in confidence in accordance with We Are Wiser’s Privacy Policy: https://wearewiser.com/assets/privacy_policy.pdf
  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in this competition publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  20. The promoter‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the Unlocked: Challenge Accepted will be entered into.
  21. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
