Can I claim my travel expenses for the conference?

2021 Cohort – the conference makes up one of your MSC dates, therefore you can expense travel as normal for a lecture day.

2020 Cohort and Ambassadors – The conference is a key way for us to support Ambassadors and participants to work towards the Unlocked mission so we can cover your travel fare for this event. To keep costs to a minimum, we are placing a cap on travel expense claims (£90 for those based in the South, £40 for North and £20 for Midlands) so do book your travel in advance. We hope this enables as many of you as possible to attend.

For current participants expenses can be submitted via Acloud. If you are an Ambassador please email programme@unlockedgrads.org.uk for a copy of our expenses form. Please note that for trains/taxis we will need to see a receipt showing the date, name, price and journey (without this your expense may not be approved).

How can I get in contact with Unlocked staff if I need assistance?

You can email the programme team with any questions: programme@unlockedgrads.org.uk.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the conference is business smart.
